History

Jamie initially started his career as an engineer with Mirlees Blackstone Diesel Engines, based in Stockport. But after just over a year Jamie realised his real passion was working with wood. Therefore when an opportunity came for Jamie to become an apprentice cabinetmaker with a local bespoke furniture company he switched careers whilst also gaining qualifications in Production Engineering. Seven years later after gaining cabinetmaking qualifications and valuable experience in producing bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and other furniture, Jamie decided it was the right time to set up his own bespoke furniture business.

Jamie established his bespoke kitchens and bedrooms business in August 1996. Armed with his hand tools, power tools and workbench Jamie moved into a small industrial Unit at the Old Brickworks in the picturesque village of Pott Shrigley, Macclesfield, Cheshire.

26 successful years on and to cope with the constant demand for truly bespoke handmade kitchens, bedrooms and home office furniture, the business has gradually expanded into adjacent buildings at the Old Brickworks and now employs a number of highly skilled craftsmen to design, manufacture and install beautiful bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and other furniture using a combination of both traditional and modern techniques.
